Good aerial photography can show off your holiday property or house for sale and its surrounding area in a way that conventional photography is unable to. We work all over the North East and Scotland and have photographed dozens of properties and we have a good feel for the kind of images and videos that really make your property stand out which will then lead to more enquiries and bookings.
Property Videos
Sometimes a good aerial video is the best approach. Showing how a property is set in a sweeping landscape can work really well for your marketing. Even a relatively short 30 second video can tell the viewer so much about your property and its surroundings. Viewer engagement with eye-catching video footage has long been proved to be incredibly high. All footage is shot in HD or 4K quality and is excellent for use on social media or on your own website.
Aerial Photography & Video for Industry, Construction and Farming
Using a drone equipped with a high quality camera to help inspect rooftops, construction sites and difficult to access structures, is substantially more cost efficient – and safer – than using helicopters or scaffold towers. We have full Public Liability insurance and are licensed with Full Permission for Commercial Operation (PfCO) by the Civil Aviation Authority.

Aerial Photography - An Essential Part Of Your Property Marketing
High and Low Video specialise in aerial photography using the latest drones equipped with high definition 4K cameras, giving superb image quality. High and Low Video is owned and managed by me, Steve Bloxham. My love of photography started when I was a teenager (back in the 80's!) and I went on to study photography at college before moving on to running my own photography business. Eventually I combined my hobby of property investment with photography and now specialise in aerial photography for property owners and agencies. I'm based near Berwick upon Tweed and cover the North of England, Yorkshire and the Lake District, all of Scotland including the Highlands and beyond.
I often work with my wife, Tracey Bloxham, who runs her own very successful photography business (Inside Story Photography) specialising in property and interior photography. Tracey has an enviable client list and has won many awards for the quality of her work over the years.
I am fully approved by the Civil Aviation Authority and have full Permission for Commercial Operations (No 7438) along with full Public Liability Insurance. I can provide stunning images that will show off your property or project in its very best light.
